Performance and use
This product is an alkyl aryl co-modified polydimethylsiloxane, which can be miscible with mineral oil in any proportion. It has excellent lubricity, oil solubility, abrasion resistance, defoaming, anti-sticking and coating. The properties such as printability and affinity for organic materials have higher heat resistance and resin compatibility than long-chain alkyl silicone oils. Can be used as:
1. Aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy die-casting release agent.
2. It is suitable for anti-adhesive and demoulding of plastics, rubber and metal products. It is especially suitable for demoulding of polyurethane products. It can also be used as an internal release agent in plastics, synthetic resins and other materials.
3, as a high-grade lubricant, grease material, suitable for lubrication between metals, plastics and other materials.
4, as a high-grade paint, ink, paint additives, a small amount added to paint, ink, paint, can significantly improve the product's gloss and defoaming effect.
